Due to the continued growth of our highly successful B2B division, we have an exciting opportunity to join our telephone based account management team. Specializing in providing total solutions to Officeworks Business customers, we dedicate ourselves to making bigger things happen for these customers and encourage you to join our dynamic, high performing team.
The role will see you:
- Provide inspiring end to end solutions to our new and existing business customers
- Proactively guide our customers in making the right choice of products for their business across all categories in the Officeworks range
- Maintain, Grow and Add business customers in your portfolio, contributing to yours and the overall business teams success
- Manage pre and post sales enquiries, including executing the close of sale
- Methodically plan your busy schedule to meet the demands of our customers
