Our in-store Business Specialists play an important part in this purpose, supporting our Business customers in-store to help make bigger things happen for them and their Business.
We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our Old Guildford store team to support local businesses as a trusted Business Specialist - Instore.
This role is Part Time working 24 hours per week Monday to Friday during business hours to support business customer needs.
What does a in-store Business Specialist do?
As an in-store Business Specialist, you will focus on assisting Business Customers who shop at our Old Guildford store with the majority of your time spent on the sales floor helping customers face-to-face.
Being naturally inquisitive, you will develop a strong understanding of your customers’ needs so that you can proactively guide and support customers in making the right choice of products and services for their business.
You will also actively grow business sales through new 30-Day Business Accounts and monitor your performance against targets/KPIs.
You will be communicating with a wide range of people including customers, peers, other team members, and support office stakeholders. Calm and composed in your approach, you will be able to communicate in a clear and compelling way, appropriate to the audience and setting.
What do I need to be a successful?
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of customers
- Effective communication skills
- Strong business acumen and experience in working with KPIs
- A proactive approach to seeking out new opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous exposure to relationship-based selling would be highly advantageous
