The role…

Your key accountabilities:

  • Take an integral seat in our People Leadership team to develop and drive the People Strategy
  • Lead and coach a team of People Business Partners to deliver a high-quality advisory service to Officeworks
  • Partner with the Merchandise, Marketing and Supply Chain functions in identifying, developing and delivering people initiatives to enhance commercial outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members across the business to support the delivery of the Officeworks Business Strategy
  • Drive and embed change across the business

As the ideal candidate you…

  • Have several years of business partnering experience under your belt with your most recent experience in managing a Business Partnering team.
  • You are commercially astute and excel in fostering meaningful relationships with your stakeholders and have solid experience working within the Retail industry.
  • You thrive on solving problems and removing roadblocks for your team and your clients.
  • Your previous leadership experience in building successful teams and driving Enterprise Agreement campaigns makes you a strong contender for this role.
