Based at our East Bentleigh support offices, the Senior Property Development Manager identifies and secures new locations for stores in accordance with the company's strategic and financial growth objectives.

Embracing the needs of our customers and team, driving property development and management requires a proactive and engaging commercial and strategic leader. Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our store refresh and new store construction programs, this opportunity will engage with all business functions to ensure collaborative and inclusive solutions to our property needs.

Skilled in property development, key focus will be identifying and securing optimum locations in each region ensuring suitability for leasehold or freehold acquisition. Coordinating robust sale campaigns for sale and lease back, a solid understanding of market rates in each strategic region/catchment will drive confident negotiation of competitive terms.  

This exciting executive property role will manage capital and operational expenses, coordinating feasibility studies, capital expenditure approval and cost expenditure on projects. Managing major upgrades for existing stores within the approved capital limits requires a confident senior Property leader with excellent planning and financial management capabilities.

It is envisaged our successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in a property related field and have a minimum 10 years property development experience. A strategic mindset and strong commercial and financial acumen are key to success as are exceptional communication and influencing skills.
