We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Corporate Affairs team. This newly created opportunity reports to our Communications Lead and will be solely responsible for the development of digital and printed assets to use for all corporate communication across the business.

 

This national, dynamic role will drive and develop creative, innovative concepts and designs for a wide variety of briefs including print and digital content, with a strong focus on delivering collateral that support the company’s purpose of Making Bigger Things Happen. This will include but won’t be limited to the Weekly Newsletter, PowerPoint templates, Digital Templates, Team Member Conferences, Supplier Forum and Media Briefing documents.

 

The Senior Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the corporate communications team to plan and develop multi-format engaging visual content to support our online, marketing, email and social media activities. You will work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure all visual content in on brand, meets the brief and has a strong communications and engagement objectives.

 

We are looking for a proactive, accountable and innovative designer who is looking to contribute to an energetic, vibrant environment. You will demonstrate the ability to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision and solve problems being creative, collaborative and analytical.

 

In addition, you will demonstrate:

 

  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
  • 3 + years demonstrated design experience
  • Strong technical knowledge within creative suite and digital software
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and HTML
  • Experience in a National Corporate, Retail Business or Agency environment would be highly regarded
