Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation, an opportunity exists for an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to own, drive and manage the Officeworks strategic Supply Chain modernisation projects. Through forging close partnerships with Supply Chain Managers and the Senior Supply Chain Leadership team, the Supply Chain Project Manager will act as the primary change management agent, leading all aspects of Officeworks, Logistics Partners and Stakeholder project engagement. You will implement and drive a consistent project management framework and ensure its effective adoption, supporting the team to deliver project management excellence
With a strong focus on leadership and resource management, you will direct the project team to ensure the appropriate allocation of project resources in order to deliver project outcomes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This role will manage all aspects of the project’s financials including identification of overspend, additional requirements and ensure project delivery within Capex and Opex budgets.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background, ideally within the Retail Supply Chain sphere. You will have formal Project Management training (SCRUM/Agile as well as PMP,PMBOK, Prince II or equivalent) and exposure to managing Warehouse transitions between sites. Partnered with your ability to deliver within tight timeframes, you will be commercially astute and great at fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
