Our Merchandise team are on the hunt for a talented Product Content Video Coordinator to join their vibrant team in a permanent capacity. This exciting role is predominantly responsible for the end to end production of product-focused videos which provide an audio-visual representation of our Features and Benefits, in order to enhance the customer’s online shopping experience.
The Product Content Video Coordinator will partner with the buying team to identify which products will be featured and coordinate the allocation of samples for filming. You will write engaging scripts in line with the Officeworks style guide, as well as collaborating with Store Operations to film in store, using Officeworks Team Members.
Along with loading Videos onto YouTube and into the PIM system, you will complete all pre- and post-production editing including editing vendor supplied footage to create new, Officeworks branded content. In addition, you will report and track video performance, and support the team with other adhoc content creation.
Our ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in Film/Multimedia and demonstrate previous experience working in a complex retail environment. You are confident with the Adobe suite and pride yourself on your ability to produce professional quality product content videos, meeting business requirements and objectives.
