Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandise Process Analyst to join the growing Merchandise Support Team.
The Merchandise Support team are responsible for the master data as it relates to the product lifecycle (from onboarding to discontinuation) as well as other key Merchandise activities like supplier onboarding, EDI accreditation and replenishment/ordering support.
Based at our East Bentleigh Support Office, The Merchandise Process Analyst will work cross-functionally to improve systems and process to enable a more productive and efficient Merchandise team and business. You will be responsible for running projects, building business cases and engaging with key stakeholders and end users to understand processes and procedures. Based on your investigation and understanding, you will offer recommendations to improve processes and create efficiencies, engaging with IT when required, to develop systems or automated processes.
Our ideal candidate understands the fundamentals of Project Management with previous experience operating within a complex retail environment. You are a team player with an analytical mind and pride yourself of your exceptional attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and constantly look for operational efficiencies.
